We have identified some true Innovators! We would like to show our appreciation by awarding some of the teams for their outstanding help, partnership and true innovation. Their ideas have substantially improved the software, beneficial for everyone.
This years Top Innovator Award goes to the team of the
Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München.
Their innovative feedback to improve the software supporting their service processes, lead to the development of brand new features in the system. The hotel has successfully implemented a complaint and comment tracking process increasing customer satisfaction, monitored through SAMFEX.
A luggage tracking system was another example of a innovative request, which was then developed with SAMFEX and now managed successfully. The Housekeeping team is a reliable user of SAMFEX and contributed greatly through consistent feedback on the usability.
